Culture and art play a significant role in many aspects of our wellness. Along with enriching our imagination and creativity, learning about culture and art deepens our connection with ourselves and boosts our well-being.
Learning about Culture and Art is especially beneficial for second and third-generation Australians, as it provides an avenue to connect with the richness of cultural stories.
This course is also for adults who are interested in learning an active way of practising mindfulness,
All art materials for in-studio will be provided. Additional art kits can be purchased at a separate cost.
Participants may incur additional costs to cover exhibition costs.
The participants attend six ninety-minute sessions.
A cultural art form will be explored over 3 sessions each. Rupa and the invited cultural artist combine cultural art stories introducing the basic principles of the art form. Rupa facilitates a safe space where clients can self-express and works on developing the life skills associated with well-being topics.
The program can be accessed as a stand-alone purchase or as part of the membership plan.
Participants on membership plans receive additional benefits like two private coaching sessions with Rupa (can be used to book sessions anytime within the six months of enrolment), discounted prices on art products and resources, and a discounted price on future culturally Creative me Courses (Valid for two years).
